About the Course

Fundamentals of Mindfulness Meditation is a four-week introduction to meditation rooted in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, a teaching framework from the early Buddhist tradition.

Designed especially for beginners, this course offers clear, practical guidance for establishing a regular meditation practice and bringing mindful awareness into everyday life. Rather than trying to stop your thoughts or achieve a special state, you’ll learn how to gently pay attention to your present-moment experience with curiosity, balance, and kindness.
