Insight Meditation
invites us to slow down and see clearly. By observing our experience moment by moment, we begin to understand the patterns that shape us and open space for genuine peace and wisdom.
Each Sunday, we gather to practice together and connect in community. As the Buddha encouraged, awakening unfolds not alone but together—through shared practice, reflection, and presence.
