Meditation at Insight Denver

Insight Denver meets on Sunday evenings, 6:00 - 8:00 pm. We sit meditation for 30 minutes, then take a break for refreshments, after which a dharma talk is offered followed by group discussion. New comers and long time meditators are both welcome! To get into the church, please come to the door off the parking lot, under the sign "Spring Institute." The doors to the church remain locked at all times and someone is at the door until 6:10 pm. Please ring the doorbell if you are stuck outside. It is recommended to be there before 6 pm to ensure entry.
