Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering at Insight Denver isn’t about getting things done. It is about learning how to interact skillfully with others, and how to bring presence and awareness to whatever the task is, whether setting up and breaking down the altar and chairs, providing snacks, or getting the A/V up and running. Whether you volunteer to bring and arrange flowers, serve on the Board, or simply show up and help out when you can, we will support your practice of awareness and kindness from start to end.

We encourage mindfulness at every step.

Set Up & Break Down

Our Set Up Break Down (SUBD) team helps arrange chairs, snacks, sign up sheets, and sets up the altar for our regular Sunday meetings. We arrive at 5:15pm and leave at 8:30pm.

Audio Visual (A/V)

Our A/V team helps with our microphones and sound system for our Sunday meetings, including setting up so people on Zoom can also attend.

Board support

Our board meets every eight weeks. Community members are welcome to attend board meetings, and we would love to have more members join our board.
