Insight Denver is a local nonprofit practice community and teachers collective dedicated to the end of individual and collective suffering.

Our founding teachers offer Vipassana practice from early Buddhism as a way to bring more compassion and intention when relating to ourselves and others.

Weekly topics and guest teachers offer practical guidance in applying timeless spiritual insights from Buddhism and other traditions to our modern lives.

To ourselves we offer the chance to be of service. Generosity is considered a first step to opening the heart. Help us grow our community. through volunteering your time and resources to our sangha or in one our  peer-led groups taking action in the community.
